Cancellation Policy

There are no fees to cancel or reschedule a session, as long as you notify us 48 hours in advance. If it is something unexpected or medical-related (e.g. the student is suddenly very unwell or there has been a medical/personal emergency), please let us know as soon as possible. As long as you notify us before the lesson time, we can cancel or reschedule the lesson free of charge.
